hey havokk i didnt have permision to make a new post so i was wondering if i could ask you direct?
I have two black bar's on either side of my videos when i stream? i do not know how to fix this as i presumed it was a screen resolution issue?

Also i can stream any game out there perfectly except league of legends which it drops my game down to 4 fps.

"If your banned on any of your accounts it would prevent you from being unbanned on any of them as-well. Have him check to see if any of your usernames are on the ban list and if he can, unban you. "
I don't think that's true because I'm banned from lagtvmaximusblack channel but I can talk in his chat just fine on other accounts, same IP.January 8 -
hey havokk...i followed one of your instructions on how to check your follower list and i switched my twitch over to justin.tv. When i tried switching it back to twitch like you said it wouldnt let me. keeps saying "If you would like to stream gaming content, please sign up for an account on Twitch instead. It's powered by the same technology as Justin.tv, but the experience is optimized for gamers." You say in the instructions that it can be switched back. what am I doing wrong?December 2012-

I saw that if you do not save a video it is deleted after 4 days, but I can search my name on twitch and the broadcast are still there is there a way to get my previous videos/ broadcast back on my channel.September 2012 -

Havokk its been like three days and my friend www.twitch.tv/neverblooms still has not received any word about being unbanned. He got banned apparently for soliciting his page on a banned page (my other page Critinyaface) is there anyway you can help with this so he can continue streaming? :) thank youSeptember 2012

havokkHi, Are you talking about a chat ban? Send the broadcaster or one of his moderators a PM and ask what up; only they can unban you.

Videos can be recovered only up to 7 days, if they don't show up on bashtech via the API they are gone forever =(

Hey man, first off I want to say thank you from all of us for helping out and responding as much as you do. I know twitch is under going changes that is currently causes issues. Whenever I go into anyones channel the chat loads up fine with no issues. My problem is when I stream my chat box doesn't load for me or anyone else viewing. I'd say about every 20 minutes the chat will for for about 30 seconds. I've tried some suggestions on the help page but still no dice. Is there anything else I can do or is it out of my hands for now? Thanks.April 2012 -

Every time I go to this one guys channel that i watch a lot its says in the chat that i have been banned. I asked the guy and he said that he didnt ban me. This doesn't happen when I go to any other streams. I need your help because I really like this guys streams and I'm getting really frustrated not being able to chat.April 2012
