Need help with a ban command for my stream!

I used the command to ip ban one of my viewers and want to unban him but am un sure how to help please!

http://www.twitch.tv/settings?section=chat Will have a list of all banned users; Or just type /unban [username].

You cannot ip ban users. /ban only bans their username
