It seems that a growing trend for users outside of the US is getting a black screen after some circumstances, and not getting video. Either after a preroll plays, or after the transcoder kicks in.
If you have these issues, please post in this thread, and do the following!
Attach the debug info from your stream when you see the problem! There is a secret button on the player found by clicking where the mouse is on this image!
The window you see in the picture should pop up, simply click it, and send the info over to Jacob, as well as any info you can give like when it happened, where you are from, and your account name!
I think a majority of these problems are already fixed, but just to play it safe, I'm going to ask everyone to bombard us with debug text so we can make sure it is still working for everyone!
