I can't get the stream to work!

I am using adobe flash media live encoder 3.1 and I have the VHScrCap and the other stuff with it yet I can't seem to get it to stream:
I tried using both:
rtmp://(streamkey)/applicationpath
rtmp://twitch.tv:(streamkey)/applicationpath

Try these settings:

FMS URL: rtmp://live.justin.tv/app (or one of the other proxies)

Stream: {your stream key}

ugh I've tried everything I can think of and it dosen't work.

Also I know this site has relations to justin tv but it's a twitch tv forums. People here would probably be using twitch tv. Or they'd be on the justin tv forums.

EDIT: YES IT WORKS!

ive done it so it does work but the video doesnt show up on my channel
