How to start streaming?

I've made a broadcast with XSplit but I don't know where to upload it / post it / link to it so I can stream on Twitch tv. I'm on the Dashboard page. Where do I click?

Hello, If you have set up your Twitch.tv account inside xsplit and started the broadcast then you have already streamed to Twitch.tv there isn't anything you have to 'turn on' on the Twitch website. 

Download and install xsplit.

Add channel with Twitch account info.

Configure xsplit for you PC/bandwidth.

Add screen capture region.
