Viewers seeing a lightning bolt

So i am new to streaming.. and I had a friend help me set up my stream

I have had it for probably a month or two atleast.. and during this entire time.. I will have certain friends who cannot view my stream. When they go to my channel all they see is a lightning bolt. I have several other friends that have no issues at all and can view the stream just fine. I used my girlfriends computer to try and view my stream and all that showed up is a lightning bolt. But if i went to say a street fighter stream everything worked fine.

So

TLDR

Viewers See lightning bolt

But can watch other streams just fine

I can see my stream on browser working

Other friends can see stream just fine.

Whats the solution here please help!!!!

like 5 or 6 differnt people cannot see it... It shows a lightning bolt
