problems with watching streams

so here's the problem,i cant watch any streams on twitch since i got my new router,ive had this problem before,i tried restarting everything,i have no adblock my flash is up to date,i get this error message.

i can watch in incognito mode on chrome

i have cleared my cache,cookies and disabling any adblock software and extensions,does not work,streams worked for a bit yesterday when i used incognito mode on chrome without any extensions and with extensions on,but then it stopped

this is atleast what the message says

please check your internet connection,and make ssure you're connected tothe internet.disable any proxy and or adblocking software that you're using and try to re-load the stream.

the issues started about a week before i got my new router
