Switching from Twitch.tv to Justin.tv

Hey, Twitch community, maybe you guys can help me with a situation. I have a channel that doesn't meet the terms of service for Twitch.tv, and in an attempt to avoid the account being banned, how do I transfer said account to Justin.tv? I appreciate the help in advance.
