Emulators okay for streaming?

I've looked through all the sticky posts and terms of service documents that Twitch has posted about rules for streaming and haven't been able to find an answer to this question. I'm considering starting my own stream but before I do I want to make sure of what I can and cannot do. So now my question, are games played on an emulator (that is, every game I would play I do own as well as the system it is played on) allowed? Or would I instead need to purchase a capture card to stream anything other than PC games?

There is a *very* fine line between "hacking" and just plain cheating. Using cheats or modifying save files is fine, playing on emulators is fine (We're going to presume you own the games and dumped the roms yourself), but using things like aimbots or esp and the like are prohibited.
