Audio help

I'm using a Macbook Pro, FME, Camtwist, and Soundflower. When I stream, I use soundflower and you can hear the video game sound on the livestream perfect. But, I'm trying to set it up to where people can hear the game and myself. I'm guessing I would need to download something? I could set it up to where people can here me but if I do that then they can't hear the game.

I appreciate all the help, and I still would like to thank Fire for helping me with my video problem! :)
