How to unban from Chatroom

What is the process of unbanning someone who is banned in chatroom?

    Mods or the Broadcaster can type /unban username. For example, "/unban horror" would unban the username "horror" in the chatroom.

    Type /help for a list of commands to help out. Some may be temporarily outdated :)

    Person has been unbanned, but still says banned from chatroom.

    What does this mean i didnt do anything??

    @provabie, That is a global ban that will be lifted 24hrs, normally they are given automatically by the chat system.
