Offer Different Window Sizes

There are 3 current window sizes the standard 640x360 size then the popout and full screen. It would nice to have the popout removed and replaced with a 853x480 similar to how youtube has 3 window sizes. The 640x360 window size is getting out dated with streaming higher res streams. At least with 853x480 720p will at least look decent. It just gets annoying watching a popout window while chatting
