Streamer Announcements

You guys should create something where the streamer can make announcements rather than type in chat. The chat gets a little crazy at times and if the streamer wants to type something, he/she either has to turn off his chat or his words get drowned out. This way the chat goes on, and the streamer gets to say what he/she is trying to get across. OR you can just make a somewhat separate chat for the streamer, where you only see what the streamer said.
