Audio help (party chat heard in stream)

Hello.

I'm hoping I give enough info here as I'm very new to streaming.

I'm intending to stream Xbox 360 gameplay and have an Avermedia live gamer HD on the way for that.

I have Turtle Beach X41's and have the optical cable plugged into the optical out port on the tv to get game sound to the headset, the usb plug is plugged into the xbox to get chat sounds to the headset.

From what I understand the two hdmi cable's I'll be using to connect the capture card will carry audio over them.

My question is this; How do I get a setup allowing anyone in the stream to hear the game sounds and myself and anyone in a game with me?

I don't really want to go the webcam speaker route as it doesn't give very good quality.  I've read about a Virtual Audio Cable but I'm afraid I've thoroughly confused myself regarding this. Some other people mentioned a mix amp too.

I don't know if you need them but my p.c specs are as follows:

3930K @ 4.6ghz
GTX 670 SLI
16gb ram
Win 7 64

I'd greatly appreciate any help.

My thanks.
