Twitch chat notification program search

Hello. I want to start doing streaming and I want to be able to respond to my audience members that use the chat, but I have no option for a second screen right now. I was wondering if anyone knows of a program (hopefully free) that does nothing more than this. Watch the chat and when someone sends a message gives a popup with the message in a corner (somewhat like what Skype does). I would be fine with a free IRC client that provides this function, but that is the most basic of what I am looking for.
