People cant see what i write in chat, NOT globally banned

Hello!

Ive had this problem for a very long time, first i was totally IP-Banned from some channels, without me even speaking in them once. Or rarely saying anything, but when i did. It was nothing to be IP-Banned for. So i talked to some admins, and they fixed so that i actually can see the chat. But i still cant chat in some channels, and in some channels i can. And i am 100% i am not banned permanently from any chat because i dont speak the way that would get me banned in the channels i enjoy watching. 

I have tried the ?chat_debug=true

And i have no disconnect message on any channel where you cant see my messages.

In one of the channel where you cannot talk, have one of the mods/broadcaster type "/unban woopwoop92" in chat to confirm you are not banned.

And how will i get to contact them, when they cant see what i write i chat. No one ever reads private messages

Actually, plenty of people read messages. By default you are sent an email when you receive a message on Twitch.
