When and how did i subscribe with Day9TV?

I never remembered subscribing with his channel since i rarely watch his dailies. But today i go on his channel and only to see a [9] symbol beside my name. Is there some way i can get some information about this? Like how i paid.. and when.. for how long was i a sub etc. Thanks.
