Streaming issue with Adobe/MAC/Blackmagic intensity pro

First issue is I can't record and stream at the same time, but the main issue is streaming with adobe says unexpected error after about a minute and then it will end the stream and it wont come back I have to restart the entire thing and try again

    How are you using an intensity pro with a mac? Mac Pro? What are your system specs?

    and im using the intensity pro through thunderbolt, and using the HDMI inputs on the device

    You have an intensity extreme, not a pro. I don't really have any expertise regarding either of those, sorry :/

    yea that was my bad i keep getting those mixed up, I found the solution though... Bought the shuffle lol

    Yeah the intensity extreme is an odd one to work with. The shuffle is finicky too, but less so.
