Question regarding streaming an animal while not playing games

Would it be against the ToS to stream an animal in a tank (overnight) with some music playing while I'm sleeping or away from gaming. I was reading for quite some time and only found that streaming yourself sleeping while "offline" is not against the terms of twitch.tv. Please let me know the legalities of doing this on the site as I would rather keep the traffic here than on Justin.tv. Thanks for any help/info you can provide.

This falls up under the "majority" rule, if the majority of your stream is gaming content, it's fine. If the majority of your content is your "offline" broadcast, you're going to have problems.
