Lots of issues with Twitch not saving my settings. (small Video showing problems)

So yea, as you can see whenever I change a setting in my profile; it's just defaulting it back to the previous setting. It won't accept any Bio changes (Short or long, plaintext or HTML) and it also won't allow me to set a custom background image (Even tho the filesize is below 500kb, and it is a JPEG).

What could I possibly be doing wrong?

I am trying to set up my Twitch profile : Picture / Short Bio / Long Bio / Hell all of it and nothing will save no matter what browser I use or even if I try going threw Justin.tv ... This problem is very quite fustrating and any help would appreciate it.

Are you using HTML? It may be rejecting parts of the code.

No I am simply trying to input regular text about me exactly how were doing in the comment box... Nothings changing at all. I photoshoped my photos to fit with in the parameters of the twitch limits and they wont even save.... nothing is saving in my  profile

Do you have any addons running on firefox? Have you tried with Chrome?

i cant save my profile, want picture :( Picture is 160x160 and 20K

Yes biotest I am clicking save lol ... Things I've tried :

1 ) Restarted my computer

2) Relogged in and out of twitch

3) Tried to adjust settings under justin.tv

None of these were the solution to my problem thus bring me to 4) coming to ask for help .. =D

Same problem here. Tried Explorer, Chrome, Firefox on 2 computers. Cleared cache and logged in and out. Seems like the problem is on the website.

Hey I'm having the same problem. Have you found anyway to fix it yet? Because I've tried different browsers and computers and nothing is working.

also having this problem. i've been trying to update my info and add a background and it'll say "profile updated" but not save anything.

Hmm, I still have not been able to reproduce this issue.
Can someone with this issue test http://www.justin.tv/settings/channel/info/ ? see if setting it there does the trick.

Edit: I know the CSS is broken on that link right now, its reported :)

I saved my desired settings on the justin.tv version you just linked havokk and they won't show up on my channel.

When I try to change anything in the settings (mainly want to edit capitalization/picture/short bio) I only get the "profile updated" notification but nothing gets saved. Tried to edit in Firefox and IE. How can I fix this?

I've tried it on 3 different PC's, so I don't think the issue is something we can fix ourselves.

I was using IE, I thought it may be the browser so I downloaded Safari. Safari kinda sucks anyway so I downloaded Chrome. I figured Chrome wasn't very widely used so maybe it's not upkept very well. So I got the mackdaddy Mozilla Firefox.

None of the above will let me save any changes made in my Settings. Likewise on my wife's Laptop with IE(haven't tried other browsers on there yet)

We are looking into solving this ASAP.

I've tried updating an affected account on beta.twitch.tv, and the settings seem to get updated correctly. Please try updating your settings there as a temporary work around.

So when i make a Bio (short and long) and click save changes at the bottem, neither of them save. Same for all the images whether its my profile image or stream images. Nothing on my profile saves... Does anybody know why it wont save and or how to fix it?
