Cannot log in to chat on my or anyone elses Twitch.tv channel

I don't know why, this has never happened before, but I cannot log in to my own nor any one elses chat on their channel.
Doesn't matter where I go.  Main page, Dashboard, someone elses page, all the same thing.

I constantly get a message saying "log in failed" a billion times.

What gives?

Have the exact same problem...ugh.  But it's only on one chat for me...everything else works.
