everytime i mod moobot and say !moobot he says i need to mod him

@moocat I think this may be related to the userlist problems?

Im having the same problems.  I mod moobot and it says in chat that i have modded moobot and still every time i try and use it it says moobot is silenced and i need to mod moobot.

Yes that's a userlist problem.

Do a "!moobot rejoin" so when moobot rejoins there's a new chance of the server sending the mod message. (depends on time of day and chat server load)
