Extreme lag spikes when watching twitch streams

The last few weeks I've been having huge lag spikes very frequently when watching twitch streams. It feels like the same kind of lag that existed in the beginning when routing to europe was bad. I've tried different browsers but the problem persists.

I have a very good connection and more than good enough computer so I'm sure it's nothing performance wise on my end. Not to mention that I can watch 1080p videos completely lag free normally. The only changes I can remember is installing the new Flash version last week and the new Firefox version a few weeks ago.

As it is now I have to watch twitch streams at 360p for it not to lag. I still get like 1 sec lag spikes every minute or so.

Oh and I watch predominately Sc2 streams with high viewer counts and some FGC streams aswell.

i m havin the same problem cant watch Twitch tv anymore :( lag spikes every 10 sec even with 240p. is not my conection never have that problem before,

Yeah, same thing here except I mostly watch LoL streams. They were fine for so long but the last week or 2 there has been lag on every stream I try to watch. Also from Europe, so think it might have something to do with that.
