Xsplit will not let me authenticate - gives error stating I don't have right permissions

I just installed a new copy of Windows 7 on my pc. I re-installed Xsplit and entered in my password and username for the channel. It gives the following error.

"your channel is not yet available. Please ensure that you have entered your credentials correctly, your channel does not have access code and that you have configured your channel properly in the justin/twitchtv website. "

So, whats going on? I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated! Also, I checked to make sure there was no access code and I am using the same old password so!!!!! ???

I also get the same thing when I try to steam to Ustream. So apparently when I uninstalled and moved to a different operating system something happened that I can't make sense of!

have you streamed on twitch before? if not you might need to visit http://www.twitch.tv/broadcast/dashboard to activate your account.

Yes, I have. I just did yesterday. All i have done since last night is install windows 7 on my new rig.
