Audio on a mac

Hi there, I would like to know if anyone has a good solution and tutorial for streaming my minecraft on a mac OSX Lion with audio.

I already have a very good idea on how to do the video and such with cam twist and FLME.

My goal is to have my computer's output in my stream with my voice so I can have Skype, my minecraft sounds, and my voice in the stream.

I just tried that put my headset on (turtle beachx32) and and it made the loudest buzzing sound felt like it broke my ear drums I'm shaking right now

ok I'm trying it again and the sound isn't here.. I'm a little more calm ... you don't understand how much that freaked me out

It does not work with your setup for me. The stream can not hear my Skype

In skype you will have to select the soundflower channel and in soundbed select your headset so you can hear it.
