yeah how about a "Team Forming Requirements" page.

As I went back and forth with moderators telling me that the only way to form a team was the one forming a team must be partnered , yet, the one that formed my team is not partnered and never has been, I think actually making a page stating the requirements, applications and stipulations for forming a team is definitely a must have.
