How to select video quality before video loads?

Hello,

I am currently at work and my connection is pretty bad, basically the stream gets stuck right after it starts, showing a still image with very bad quality of the stream, although the stream says "LIVE" and shows the no. of viewers. I am curious why the button to select the quality isn't showing up?

The stream managed to load once and I was able to select 240p and watch it with no problems, but it seems somehow it froze again and now I can't manage to reload it.

Any tips?

The player should remember your resolution choice across channel so if you set 240p once and go to another channel with that option it should choose it automatically.
