Still being charged monthly on a cancelled account

Hello

I cancelled my account I believe in May of this year. I cannot login at all. When I enter my email it tells me my username is still active. I only use 2 passwords and neither work. I'm still being charged $5 per month for IPL HD subscription. I sent a few emails last week and didn't get a response. My username is efanar17. I have ticket numbers if you need them. Please someone help.

    My emails come from justin.tv so I sent the emails to their payment support and to their help emails. I don't know if justin and twitch emails are different, but my account was through twitch.

    Bump. 2 weeks later still no reply from emails and phone calls. Must like stealing my money. Yup you guessed. I'm angry now.

    How did you pay for the subscription? Paypal or with a direct credit card?
