Banned word wildcard or regex

Can't block stuff like Kappa effectively, all people have to do is type Kappa<anything here> and it works.  ex.  Kappatest, Kappabar, Kappawin,  all those will make the emoticon appear.  I imagine this applies to other words people may try to block, all someone has to do is append something random to the end of it and it'll bypass the filter.
