Casting Gaming Documentary DVD's that come with games.

I was wondering if I would be allowed to broadcast making of documentaries such as the making of metal gear solid 2 and silent hill 2 which are products of konami and funtv. Is it against the law and any different that broadcasting games? I plan on casting games in these series and would like to cast the making of's too for a little more insight into the games. Thanks

You would need permission from the copyright holder to play it on your channel.

It's not necessarily impossible, I have heard success stories of people getting permission to broadcast copyrighted content on their channel.
