    I'm from Brazil and i have the same problem, it starts a 4 weeks ago.

    I've been lagging really bad in Ecuador when I try to watch streams on twitch.  It started about 1 and a half weeks ago.  Are South Americans being routed to the correct servers?  In the past, I can watch streams without lag, but recently, every stream has been stuttering regardless of quality.  Streams from non-twitch websites have been fine.
