Following button on main page should list Live, then All Followers

I hit the Following button to check out the streams that I currently follow at random times during the day, however sometimes I'm not interested in whats currently live and like to go check out something I may have missed when I wasn't watching Twitch.. I feel like the old JTV format allowed me to more easily see what broadcasts were recorded that aren't currently live in order of record time (perhaps I'm just mistaken)

I suggest that the following list show live at the top, then Past shows in time order... don't think that would be a tough one and it all adds up to more ad impressions overall for twitch and the broadcasters.

All the best, love the site.

  • You're probably one of the few who liked the old format with all the live and non-live broadcasts following page imo. While you put a good way of ordering them I personally think your idea only helps a couple of users who think similar to you. Rather then a mass amount of people who have no problem with the current format. But thats my opinion on this request, you can choose to take on what i've said or ignore. Just adding my 2 cents

Hi, I know we are lacking a way of seeing recently posted archives by people you follow, and it's something we are going to work on.

We simply will not return to the old feed from justin.tv, because we feel its very important to be able to find live content first, then recorded content secondary.

I'm not sure, but I do think that the gameplan is to add new tabs to the followed section, the main one for live content, another for highlights, and one for archives. It should fix the issue.
