Multiple tabs to increase viewers for Sub button?

Is this allowed? I personally know of someone asking his viewers to do this in order to obtain a sub button and honestly would hate to see him get one from cheating the system.

I've read before that if you're a partner you're not allowed to stream any copyrighted music whatsoever, but I see tons of SC2 streamers (and others) streaming copyrighted music while they play, either from their own libraries or from places like Pandora. I've read before they doing this will get you shut down, yet they never do.

What's the actual policy on this? There isn't a CLEAR posting of it anywhere.

I just recently started streaming and I have a question regarding what I stream:

I'm gonna stream League of Legends mainly, but sometimes, in between games I'm checking sites like 9gag and maybe other funny stuff and youtube of course. Now sometimes 9gag has NSFW posts that might be somewhat fine and some might be really revealing but I'm not looking for it unintentionally, is it fine to check that site when I'm looking for just funny stuff when by accident there's inappropriate content?

I have recently streamed some extremely explicit Content from NewGrounds.com (It never even crossed my mind that it could be against the rules) I also did not have the mature Content box ticked on my channel (It is now).

Anyways, Just to be safe i deleted all of my past broadcasts rather then re watch all of them to check if they were appropriate (i just recently started streaming so it wasn't too many).

I would just like to say that I sincerely apologize and that I will do my very best to avoid streaming such content in the future.

My question is could someone tell me if i am still at risk of being Banned/Suspended?
I am most likely going to avoid streaming altogether until I receive confirmation that my account is in good standing. I am very sorry and hope you will give me a second chance.

And I apologize again if this is the wrong place to post this sort of thing.

I have been streaming on twitch.tv regularly now since the beginning of October and I enjoy doing so more than anything in the entire world. However, just today I got this message on my stream saying this channel has been flagged for abusive behavior, it is hidden from promotion. I am very worried and I really want to continue streaming on this website for as long as I can, and if you can help me out with this message I have on my channel and help me remove it, I would be very grateful. I am going to focus on building more of an educational stream that young viewers can watch for learning, and try to be a more suitable role-model for them as well, someone they can look up to. These are my goals and desires for my streaming career on twitch.tv, so I ask you kindly to please remove this flag for abusive behavior on my channel and not keep my stream hidden from promotion, because this is my entire life, trying to work for your company and I will do my best to improve and fix any errors I may have caused. I want to stream everyday several hours, and I have been, and I want to have a good relationship with the staff at twitch.tv so I apologize again for any problems or errors I may have caused, but please don't take this opportunity away from me and give me just one chance because I still want to do so much more for this website and I am very good at learning from my mistakes,

Question regarding music

I have been looking into the rules and such for livestreaming music, copyright infringements, etc.

I found this site that allows proper licensing for such a thing to my understanding: http://www.dmx.com/pandora/sign-up/

My question is, once I have the proper licensing, what should I do to prove that I am allowed to use this music and not worry about copyright strikes?

I would be really thankful if anyone is able to help me out. :)

The IPLLoL1,2 & 3 chatrooms are being filled with so many racist remarks about gingers (Pluto was on) and Asians (Doublelift) and homophobic remarks (about Doublelift & Locodoco).

There are moderators there, aren't they supposed to do something? Kick/ban them? It's in subscriber mode only, so there isn't an infinite amount of people chatting, it's just the same few folks spamming.

Sorry if I posted this is the wrong area. Anyways, I was testing the compatiblities of moobot on my channel. And I decieded that I wanted to test the way it banned people. So, I got a second account and got it banned. What i didnt realize is that it IP banned me. I was moderating a stream at the time and no one could read any of my messages and I cant seem to un ban myself. So, does anyone know how to fix this without changing my IP?

Am I doing a good job?

This member scammed me after I made him a background image and a header for his livestream. As soon as I gave him the content, he totally removed me from his League of Legends' friend list, and disconnected.

and right now, he's using the header and the background.

The price over the background and header was Riot Points, which is basically game money for League of Legends. The $25 RP card was never given after I gave him the links, as it's obvious it's a scam.

Last weekend while I was streaming someone came in to my chat and said they were going to get my channel deleted. I ignored them because I thought it was just someone being an asshole, but less than 10 minutes later my stream disconnected, I could no longer log in and my twitch page was completely gone. I've sent three emails to try and find out whats been going on because I didn't break any rules and I didnt get a warning or notification of my account being banned or anything, but I havent heard back at all.
I'd really like to know why this happened, if there's anything I can do to fix it or anything to prevent this happening again because I sincerely have no idea what I did wrong.

I got suspended for advertising my roommate taking off clothes if more viewers, I knew about the nude rule, thats why she wore a bra, I didnt know about the advertising thingy tho. I made a knew account to stream to as I didnt know the ban was personally and for all accounts I make, so I just got banned on my new one. My accounts are Hjortfan & L0rdek, is there any possibility to let this go for this time and as a warning? and I'll make sure to read the rules!
